Past Activity

As part of Cavendish Arts' Science programme, and to mark the opening of the new Maxwell Centre in 2016, we presented the exhibition 'Into Boundless Space I Leap..." which included the work of fourteen artists. Organised in collaboration with Kettle's Yard, the exhibition included sculpture, video, and installation and included new commissions and performance work.

New commissions included 'New Truths' a large-scale graphic work by Mark Titchner, and a new dance and sound piece by choreographer Wayne McGregor in collaboration with artist Haroon Mirza.

The full list of participating artists was: Rana Begum, Laura Buckley, Benedict Drew, Fischli/Weiss, Ulyana Gumeniuk, Issam Kourbaj, Wayne McGregor, Gustav Metzger, Haroon Mirza, Eugenio Polgovsky, Paul Purgas, Hito Steyerl, Mark Titchner and Edward Wilson (1872-1912).
